Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of delivery for your convenience.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours, after which we reserve
the right to refuse cancellation if your order is already being processed.
To exercise your right of cancellation, simply email us at info@chloeandliamcs.com with your order number.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn (except for trying on).

In their original packaging, including dust bags and inserts.
If an item is returned used or damaged beyond what is necessary to check its nature and fit, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.
Return Costs

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Customs duties on returns (if applicable) will also be deducted from the refund.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of return.

Refunds are made to your original payment method.

If you return only part of your order, you’ll be refunded for the value of the returned item(s).
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns of:

Items returned after 30 days.

Shoes that are clearly used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

Items missing their original packaging or inserts.
Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible at info@chloeandliamcs.com.
If your order is already in the process of being prepared for the shipping, you will have a your 30-day window to cancel once it arrives.
Return Address
Our headquarters are based in Bologna, Italy, and our return processing is handled by our partner warehouse in China.
The correct return address will be provided by email once your return request is approved.
Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide the correct address. Returns sent to the wrong address different from our Chinese partner may take longer to process.
If you prefer not to return your item due to shipping costs, we may offer a partial refund as an alternative solution. This option is voluntary and does not affect your statutory rights to a full refund upon return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping and issue a refund or replacement according to your preference.
