We offer a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your jewellery has a problem related to manufacturing or materials, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

  • Accidental damage, misuse or loss
  • Tarnishing due to chemicals or water
  • Modifications or repairs by third parties

After you have completed the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and, once shipped, a shipment confirmation e-mail with the tracking code.
